Ways to Give
Individual & Family
Your generous support of the APLF helps our Library deliver innovative programs and services that meet our community’s needs. Gifts to the Foundation support outreach in Auburn City Schools, summer learning programs, author and artist visits, furnishings, additions to the collections, and so much more.
The Foundation accepts cash and stock gifts, and has a reoccurring giving option if you prefer to spread your donation out over the course of the year. Your gift to the Foundation makes a difference in our community every single day. We sincerely appreciate your support.
If you wish to mail in your donation, please make your check out to The Auburn Public Library Foundation and mail to the APL at 749 E. Thach Ave. Auburn, AL 36830. If you wish to make a gift online, please complete the form below.
Tributes & Memorials
Memorial and tribute gifts are a thoughtful way to honor those we love and admire. Tribute gifts may be unrestricted or designated. In some cases, a bookplate acknowledging your honoree(s) may be placed inside an item in our Library’s collection.
Additional opportunities to recognize and honor friends, family or colleagues include an engraved plaque on a bench outside the Library or naming opportunities at the current Library location on Thach or the new branch in development at Boykin. Please contact Cynthia Ledbetter at 334.501.3190 to learn more about these options.
Volunteer
Volunteers are important partners in the Auburn Public Library Foundation mission to promote the Library through advocacy and fundraising activities.
Individual Opportunities
The APLF is actively recruiting engaged citizens to serve on committees such as Community Outreach, Communications and Marketing, Strategic Planning and Recruiting, and Fundraising. If you would like to help the APLF in achieving its mission, please contact Lyn Causey at Info@APLFoundation.org
Board Opportunities
The Foundation Board is comprised of citizens who are dedicated to the organization’s vision, mission, and priorities.
